My On- The Job Training Blog (Part ll)

                   My OJT Experience blog

Good day, by the way, I'm Mark Joeven Siosana, a 4thy year student of Northern Iloilo State University(NISU) Lemery Campus taking a Bachelor of Science Information Technology Department. In my last month of my On The Job Training experience is almost same in my previous month such like encoding, printing, typing, moping the office (every Monday), distribution and signing the memorandum for Teacher Education Department.

In my last week of OJT in Teacher Education Department office (TED) we focused on finishing the tasks that have been assigned to me. We began to write our final report about the daily accomplishments. I’ve learned a lot of things in just 320 hrs of on the job training in the Teacher Education Department office.

I also felt mixed emotions, partly happy and partly sad. Partly happy and rewarding because finally we’re done in this OJT subject that lasted for almost 2 months and partly sad because we’ll going to miss our trainer and other Teachers at the TED building.

After the training, I learned that OJT is not just a requirement to be completed but it is an opportunity to show what skills, knowledge and talents that I have. The training is an experience that I will never forget and I will forever cherish the moments that we have shared. I am really grateful that they let us experience the things that they have parted to us. I hope that this will not be the end of our bond even if our training has already ended.

                             Thank you
