In the first day of my OJT I started to familiarize the processes in the NSTP office I experience and discover alot of things that i need learn and to discover. During our first week in NSTP office my task is to find the old file documents of NSTP graduate from 2019 to 2020 for to have a basis how make the lay out of their personal data sheet. I started to encode the personal data of each NSTP students and all so printing and sorting the documents. And my second week i will make a attendance sheets for the NSTP students and two days supervis to all NSTP students, because sir De Jesus is away on personal matter or school related activities.

February 21, 2023, I will reassign to the Teacher Education Department (TED) office. Under My new supervisor Dr. Elmo P. Ador. In my first day of my OJT i was so nervous because  I'm the only one here. And beside that I only know a little about computers but I'll try my best. The first to be made is set up the cables in a Monitor and System Unit for the first time. And i started to encode the personal data of the students who  deployed for there respective school for the  practice teaching.

The training made me realize that it is really good to know what you're doing and to love it. As a student, what I can do for now is to learn whatever I can in school, be inspired love the path I am taking, and do my best in everything I do, with positive outlook in mind. I realized that I should be more focused in school and do everything heartily and with all that I can.

It is also very warm to the heart to know that you have accomplished something and even warmer when there are people who are so proud of what you have done and I felt this feeling during.

On-the-Job Training. It inspired me to be more determined and competitive in everything that I do in my daily life as a student today and as a professional someday.

                           !Thank you!
